Richmond Tweed Regional Library provides services to Lismore, Ballina, Byron and Tweed Councils. This service includes branches at Lismore and Goonellabah, as well as in the areas of Ballina, Byron and Tweed. There is also a Mobile Library that travels across the region and stops regularly in Blakebrook, Nimbin and Clunes.
