  • Assessment of current service delivery model (its effectiveness, challenges and opportunities)
  • Staff engagement

Outcomes

  • A 'state of the library' review report with recommendations
  • A service delivery model change plan that includes support resources, and a comprehensive suite of recommended actions
  • Communications and marketing recommendations
